It’s Not Too Early to Start Preparing for Next Year!
You probably already know this, but the medical field is changing rapidly, and physicians need to be ready to change with it!
With 2020 just around the corner, now is the time to be preparing yourself and your practice to handle the changes and challenges that are coming your way – and we can help you with that.
At the AAPPM, we know that with the right preparation, you can not only handle challenges, but also succeed and thrive in your own practice. That’s why we have the AAPPM 2020 Spring Conference coming up: To equip and enable you with the knowledge you need for the coming year.
So get to prepping and join us May 28-30, 2020 for this incredible conference!
Get the Credits You Actually Need
Next year’s conference is covering new ground, as well as bringing back popular workshops with experts in the field of podiatry who have the tools and knowledge you need to succeed. This isn’t just a series of lectures for you to passively listen to, either; this is a learning experience designed to leave you with an action plan.
More than that, the conference is registered with the Council of Podiatric Medical Education to provide continuing education contact hours. This is one of the primary reasons to prepare ahead of time. Which lectures and workshops do you want to attend? How many credits do you need? Getting your ducks in a row now will make your experience much more meaningful. Stay tuned for updates about how many credits you can receive during the conference!
Enjoy Special Conference Rates …
The 2020 Spring Conference is a great opportunity for podiatrists, medical assistants, and office managers alike – but registration fills up quickly. Now is the time to register and reserve spots for you and your staff. Our special Early Bird rates provide significant savings, too – this means up to $100 per DPM and $50 per staff member!
But there’s more. When you round up your team and bring them with you to the conference, you can stand to save even more:
- 3-4 attendees: 10% off
- 5-7 attendees: 15% off
- 8-9 attendees: 20% off
- 10+ attendees: 25% off
You have to act quickly, though: The Early Bird rates will expire May 13, 2020.
And Save on Your Hotel Reservation, too!
Registering sooner than later also gives you a chance to save on your hotel reservation. If you choose to stay at the luxurious Marriott Marquis, the hotel is offering special rates for conference attendees. All you have to do is click on the button below to reserve a room today and take advantage of awesome discounts!
If you prefer to make your room reservation through the phone, you can also call (888) 236-2427 to speak to a hotel reservation agent. But this offer is for a limited time only: The special hotel rates expire May 6, 2020.
Avoid Stressful Setbacks
We all know how stressful it can be to set up traveling plans (especially if you’re planning on bringing some – or all – of your team members and staff to the conference). Clearing schedules, buying plane tickets, making sure everyone is on time… Just thinking about it can leave your head spinning!
Fortunately, you can avoid this stress by simply planning ahead. We know May is a little ways away, but the truth is time flies, and you don’t want to start getting your ducks in a row the week before the conference kicks off – trust us.
Maybe this means registering for the conference today, booking your room next month, and selecting the lectures and workshops you would like to attend the month after. Or – if you’re an over-achiever – perhaps this means getting all of this done by the end of the year. Whatever your game plan is, make sure you follow through so you can avoid stressful setbacks.
