Happy Thanksgiving! We here at the AAPPM certainly hope you have a lot to be thankful for this year—a growing practice, full waiting rooms, a supportive team. Now, time for a few days of well deserved rest with family and friends!
Here too, at the AAPPM, we’re extremely thankful for another great conference—along with all the attendees, speakers, moderators, volunteers, hosts, and sponsors who make it all possible. More than 200 of you joined us in Atlanta for what was, in our humble estimation, one of the very best conferences we’ve ever had.
Considering all the insightful lectures, skill-building workshops, focused discussion groups, and even chance meetings and discussions between fellow members, there was a lot to digest! If you joined us in Atlanta, we hope you found the event valuable, and are already putting some of what you learned into practice.
“The entire AAPPM leadership team was humbled to see such excitement from our colleagues attending the conference,” said Dr. Ben Weaver, AAPPM president. “It’s a privilege to be a part of an event like this.”
If you missed us, fret not. Although we’re enjoying our Thanksgiving break just as you are, we’ve already gotten the ball rolling on our next two events—a June 2018 conference in Columbus (early bird registration and hotel bookings are already available!), and a visit to Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim next November. We’re looking forward to meeting you there!
