Late February is a time when about half the country (or more) is usually buried in snow. Fortunately, that isn’t the case in Tampa, Florida, where the AAPPM is hosting its Mid-Winter Practice Renewal Conference from February 23-25!
A visit to sunny Florida will help you get a head start on springtime—both in terms of the weather and in terms of your practice! The theme of the conference is renewal, with speakers, workshops, and classes designed to help you refresh, reinvent, and even revise your practice so that you adapt to the coming changes in medicine and thrive in the new year!
Renewing Your Practice
This year’s Mid-Winter Conference will be bringing back a number of popular workshops and speakers, but it’s no repeat, with dozens of new hands-on, interactive classes, labs, and topics of discussion. Whether you’ve never been to an AAPPM conference before, or been to them all, there will be lots to learn and plenty of new offers to take advantage of! After three days, you won’t just have new knowledge—you’ll have an action plan you can use to make your practice better in the short, medium, and long term.
Other highlights include our keynote speaker, Dr. Dock Dockery, who will also be leading a doctors-only dermatology and cadaver lab restricted to the first 50 who register. We’ll also be offering medical staff training and certification for diabetic shoe fitting, and many workshops will allow you to earn CECH credits for your continuing education.
You don’t want to miss out on this exciting opportunity to develop your skills and grow your practice—or to enjoy the sunny Florida weather! Registration can fill up quickly, so book your spot today. If you register on or before January 20, 2017, you qualify for early bird rates that can save you as much as $100 per attendee.
